Post-Devastation Analysis

In the wake of a second crushing loss in recent memory to the Gmen in the big game, one must wonder how even an elite team can recover and return to former glory in the coming years.
It must be especially hard for 4 men in particular...
Bill Belichick; Of all teams, his former...the organization that facilitated his first tastes of ultimate victory. Ultimately, leaves him with tastes of ever-lasting bitterness.
Tom Brady; After conquering rival Peyton the Great in years past..the vicious irony of little brother Eli prevailing as the conquering foe, in the end, must be excruciating.
Wes Welker; Like Rodney Harrisons fail in the first SB loss to the Giants, Wes must feel the weight of this loss heavily on his off shoulder. The QB-WR combo that set the bar the last half decade have done it all but win a title together, hundreds of receptions...and one big miss.
Vince Wilfork; The anchor of a much improved D was putting together an MVP type postseason until that woeful game.
Will the Team of the Decade wither and fade into history like mammoths past? No.
The Patriots are now fueled by both wounded pride and by the youthful enthusiasm of the Beast Robby Gronks, A-Smooth Hernandez, etc..these key pieces will now be driven by a hunger like no other.
Call it vengeance, retribution, resurrection...The Patriots are a well oiled machine that is about to Blitz the Eastern Front with all the force of an empire with Immortality so close to within grasp...yet so far.
This army of grizzled veterans and eager young minds will raise the ultimate prize again...
